Shipping Guide

Shipping Costs & Tax
1. Free Standard Shipping on all items to the USA (Only Within USA).

Drop shipping to 48 states in the United States. Some remote states in the United States (short code: PR, HI, VI, AE, AP, AK, GU, AS, MP) do not provide a drop shipping service for the time being.

2. In order to let our customers have a better shopping experience and reduce additional costs, Adawe will withdraw part of our profits from our order amount to pay customers the corresponding state sales tax. Therefore, you do not have to worry about excessive sales tax.

About Tax

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Adawe cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

Order Processing 

The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product.

Order processing takes 1-5 working days (postponed during holidays)

What is the processing time?

The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 24 hours of a business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 1-3 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

*If you would like to cancel a back ordered item in your order, simply send us your request by E-mail, we will get back to you within 72 hours.

Shipping

All orders are shipped out via UPS, USPS or LTL. and etc. Transit time is 3-15 business days varying on customer's location to fulfillment center (within USA).

* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* For Express Shipping: Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers.

Orders Tracking
You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.

You can visit our online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. Sign in with your Adawe account and password to get a summary of past orders by visiting our Track Your Order’ Page for detailed steps of order tracking.

Warm Tip:
1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

2. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if product didn’t meet your expectation nor placed a wrong order after order has been shipped out.

3. Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS or USPS or FedEx or LTL or Pioneer. and etc. While, items that weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.
