1.We will send the items within 2-3 days once system confirms buyers payment.
2.The shipping cost does not include any import taxes,the buyers are responsible for customs duties.
3.We will refund buyers if buyers return the items within 15 days of buyers receipt of the items for any reason. However,the buyers should bear the return shipping freight and make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions.
4.Items are shipped by AliExpress Standard Shipping , AliExpress Premium Shipping, ePacket,reach most of countries within 15 to 35 bussiness days. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors,it may take up to 60 business days.
5.If you want to get the item faster,please contact us to pay additional freight, we can offer you the following faster and cheaper shipping.

Express ways: UPS,DHL,Fedex,TNT,DEPX,EMS.Via these ways, you can get the item within about 5-7 business days.

International orders will be shipped normally according to the above process. Holidays, natural disasters, unrest and their unpredictable events, delays in shipments.

US West Warehouse / US East Warehouse / US warehouses in other districts are only available for delivery of orders in the United States. The order processing day takes 1-3 jobs, and the delivery of local holidays in the United States will be postponed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order before it ships. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. 

Damages:  If something came in damaged, lost in transit, or we made a mistake an shipped you the wrong item, let us know and we'll rush you a replacement right away at no cost to you.  

Cancellations:  If you need to cancel your order, please let us know asap and we will do so as long as the item has not shipped.  Once the order is picked up by the shipping company we can not cancel it and you will have to send it back to us for a refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee:  If you are not satisfied with your order, you can ship it back to us for a refund within 30 days of your order.  

Exchanges: If something came in damaged, we will exchange right away at no additional costs to you.  If you want to exchange your another one in different color or style - please contact us so we can help make the arrangements.
